Our Story
From the beginning Salon Cosabella was a place where we could serve our clients' needs and create amazing career opportunities while loving to come to work every day. Salon Cosabella is truly a family. We were founded and operated by a husband and wife team, Jamie and Torrey in 2005. At the time Jamie Staton, the owner of Salon Cosabella, was a young, ambitious, and fearless hairstylist. The Salon began with Jamie and a handful of her colleagues in a small 13-chair salon. Nearly 20 years later these four women are still with us. In 2009, Torrey left his job in advertising to join Jamie in expanding to a larger location at Arista Broomfield, all while raising their four children. Jamie's sister, Kim started working for us in 2011 as our General Manager, and she is the glue that holds it all together.
Most recently, the salon underwent yet another renovation. Jamie and Torrey listened to the feedback of their stylists and guests, and remodeled with them in mind, re-opening their gorgeous salon in January 2019. Salon Cosabella created a supportive environment and a guest experience where independent stylists can come together and showcase their talents.
As we have grown, we have added so much talent from stylists all over the country. We are privileged to be a part of all of their lives. It is one of our greatest accomplishments to know that we have created a place where each one of us loves to come to work, where we learn and inspire each other, and where families grow and stay strong, all the while making people happy.
Events
Unconditional support for our community and our salon family is so important to us. We believe in building each other up and are completely invested in our entire team’s success through continued education and fun events for our staff and their families!
It doesn’t stop there! Salon Cosabella is an extension of the community and a place where our guests can feel comfortable, see familiar faces, and get a hug when they need it! Our community events and fundraisers have a huge impact on who we are.
