Salon Cosabella Policies
Please arrive for your appointment 5 minutes early. Arriving a little early will give you time to get checked in, receive a complimentary beverage, disconnect from your day, and think about what you'd like your stylist to know about today's visit.
If you are running late, please call our receptionist as soon as possible. Your stylist most likely has other appointments after yours, and knowing in advance may help us manage the schedule better in order to still accommodate you.
We require 24-hour advance notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If you do not cancel or reschedule your appointment within a reasonable amount of time, it greatly affects your stylist directly. Cancellations with less than 24 hour notice, no-shows or missed appointments will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee or 50% of the cost of the scheduled service.
In the interest of safety, and out of respect for our clients and staff, please refrain from bringing children with you to your hair or skincare appointment. We are a family salon, and we understand there are times when you must bring your children. Out of concern for safety, please do not leave children unattended at anytime in the salon or lobby. It is a high-traffic area and our receptionist is usually very busy and cannot be responsible for watching children.
Your satisfaction is our first priority. If you are not completely satisfied with any hair service at Salon Cosabella, let us know within one week of the original service date. We will work with you to make sure your concerns are addressed during a no-cost "make it right" appointment.
Salon Cosabella carries professional salon products that are only available from participating salon partners. We guarantee you'll be delighted with all products purchased at our salon. Your stylist will be happy to offer tips and demonstrate how to get the most out of your salon-quality products at home to achieve a beautiful just-from-the-salon look every day. If you try a product and are not satisfied with it, return the unused portion within 30 days and we will gladly recommend a new product for you to replace it with or offer an in-salon credit for the purchase price. Please note that during the COVID-19 Pandemic, Salon Cosabella will not be allowing any returns or exchanges.
Prices for products and services at Salon Cosabella are subject to change without notice. If you have questions about prices, your stylist will be happy to answer them before services are delivered. We offer free consultations for any service. At this appointment, you can discuss options to make your paid visit a successful one, including the cost for the service(s) before they are delivered.
